To secure income over the long term, CeGeREAL favours high profile tenants - with, very often, long term commercial leases. Rental expiries (leases coming to their end or those from which tenants may exercise their option to exit) is well distributed over time.

Management costs minimised

To obtain the benefit of the best expertise, at the same time as optimising its operating costs, the Company outsources its asset management activities to its parent, the German CRI group. Similarly, the management of the property rentals (billing, rent collection, negotiation and service contract management …) is outsourced to a qualified partner: Yxime.
