SHAREHOLDER BASE

60% of the capital is held by the German property equity management group which founded the company: Commerz Real Investmentgesellschaft (CRI), for the open found hausInvest Europa. CRI has recently sold 7% of the capital to comply with the system SIIC 4. In addition, 19% of the capital is on the market and 14% is held by Covea (GMF-MMA-MAAF). The rest of the capital is held by a private foreign investor.
